WHY BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE ONLY ?
People often think that even when they are good to others , why still all the bad things happen to them. People call themselves good and others bad , but we should rather ask ourselves, is it even true ? because that's where the problem starts, we already categorized ourselves as good and separated ourselves from others ( as they are bad according to this you ) but in reality, you & others are the same and you would have done the same thing if you were in their place and mindset, so don't create a wall between the good or bad as both are the side of the same coin , but that being said , it doesn't mean that you should start doing wrong things even when you know they are wrong.
When people see bad things happening to good people , they often get confused about whether to be GOOD or BAD and many times this confusion often leads them to the wrong path and start doing bad things ( and as written above , now it's you who is doing bad things , but earlier you categorized yourself as a good person , so finally who you are , good or bad ? and this is one out of many reasons why you shouldn't categorize yourself and others as good & bad ) , consider good & bad as a yin and yang symbol .
When people start walking on the wrong path due to the confusion about whether to be good or bad , they make blunders & wrong choices, and life doesn't care whether you are good or not, IT HAS IT'S WAYS TO BRING OUT REALITY and whenever life is showing you any such sign, consider it as a signal and work on these things ! because until you fix this up, life will constantly give you signs that some things need to be fixed.
Don't feel sad, victim & sorry for yourself because this in itself is like a drug if you don't work upon yourself, sooner this sad zone which you carry around you will become your comfort zone and you'll be ok in being sad WHICH IS NOT GOOD ! as this will going to take control of your life out of your hand. It's all about Perspective & Fear of the unknown .

Perspective plays an important role in this , you have to take responsibility for your life, and instead of feeling sad, anxious, victimized, GET UP ! and do something about it. It's a human tendency to make mistakes and it's ok if your naiveness and too agreeableness lead people to use you , manipulate you , or just throw you out , Accept it and work on " how not to fall in such conditions again " and take these things as learning lessons. Gather more knowledge & experience and most importantly , learn to say NO whenever it is required as it very important to create certain boundaries for yourself and not allowing someone or something to disrupt your mental peace. Whenever such a situation occurs , gather some guts and say NO . As it is better to have conflict outside rather than having conflict inside your mind and after some time , people will stop bothering you because they will realize you don't tolerate any stupidity. This doesn't mean you have to be rude to them , this simply means you should be able to fight for yourself if required, be capable of it .
BE A "CONTROLLED" MONSTER .

Our mind makes us stay in our comfort zone and doesn't let us do something which is not done earlier because it is an " unexplored territory " for the brain, it doesn't have enough experience & information to tackle with any new condition , so to save us from any kind of problem , the defense mechanism of the body don't want us to do anything which is not tried earlier and because of it , we don't get out of our comfort zones BUT to know Why people do what they do or to understand yourself more, you have to put yourself into new "unexplored" situations because that's where you will get more information about the world and yourself, and that situation will no longer be unexplored for your brain next time, so the brain will be more precise & sharp regarding what to do in such situations and when you know what to do, you become CONFIDENT ! so put yourself into uncomfortable situations often and take calculative risks as every new situation will require a new you.
FACE YOUR FEAR.
Holistic coach PAUL CHECK says " Don't see pain as an uninvited guest or a burden but consider it as a teacher, a teacher which comes when you do something wrong or you harm yourself. So whenever anything wrong happens to you, say pain teacher came to give me a new lesson " and learn the lesson like a good student .
Don't hide the truth from yourself and work upon the thing which is causing you pain because most of the time, you know what it is, so don't ignore it or it will continue to pursue until you rectify it, so work on it !
